| PPS Japan ink FZ-1140-D5 BK high temperature flame retardant grade glass fiber reinforced 40% polymer structure |
Wear and low friction: The material is a fiberglass and teflon-filled PPS composite that provides low friction and wear resistance.
Heat resistance: PPS resin has a high melting point of about 280℃ and excellent drug resistance, without adding flame retardants to self-extinguishing characteristics.
Flame retardant: The limiting oxygen index of PPS can be as high as 44, which has excellent fire resistance. Basically, with the exception of a few grades such as the Super Tough series, the UL94 flammability of various grades of PPS is a V-0 grade, which is already a grade in UL94 flammability.
Dimensional stability: Excellent dimensional stability in a wide range of environmental conditions.
Drug resistance: second only to fluorine resin drug resistance.
Electrical performance: high temperature, wet, high frequency under the excellent electrical performance.
